Finding Balance Amidst Change: How I Stay Grounded

Hey, friend! As you might know from my blog updates, our family has embarked on a significant journey—we’ve moved from Northern California to Southern California. It’s a beautiful, bittersweet season of change, filled with both joy at our new surroundings and a touch of nostalgia for the familiar comforts and routines we’ve left behind.

If you have found yourself in a season of uncomfortable growth too, I hope this blog helps you. 🙂 I know it may not be as up-beat or business-related as my other blogs, but I always want to keep it real with you in every season.

Let’s jump right in!

A Season of Growth and Self-Discovery

Relocating has been both exhilarating and challenging. It’s pushing me to explore my limits and uncover areas where I still need healing and growth. Though it’s not always easy, I’m finding strength in this process of transformation. The journey is tough, but I’m reminded that the most challenging paths often lead to the greatest growth.

Staying Grounded Amid Change

In the midst of all this change, I’ve leaned into a few simple routines to keep myself grounded:

  • Regular Walks and Exercise: Moving my body has been crucial. It helps manage stress and keeps me centered.
  • Positive Declarations: I’ve made it a habit to voice positive affirmations daily, reinforcing my resilience.
  • Reaching Out to Friends: Whether it’s a text for a quick chat or asking for prayer, connecting with my friends gives me strength.
  • Engaging with Community: Maintaining connections even from afar helps me feel supported and understood.

This season, while uncomfortable, is a powerful reminder that growth often comes from discomfort. If you’re navigating a transition or anticipate one in the future, remember: you are capable of facing this challenge and coming out stronger.

If you’ve had similar experiences or tips on navigating life changes, I’d love to hear from you!

Cheering you on every step of the way!
