Health is Wealth: Simple Essentials to Elevate Your Wellness Routine

If you’ve been around for a while, you know how passionate I am about health and wellbeing! 

If someone handed me a microphone, I could easily rant about all the tips, expert advice and tools I’ve implemented to changed my lifestyle for the better. It wasn’t that I didn’t have a healthy lifestyle or care of showing up as the best version of myself; it’s just that I had to continue to evolve in this area. I had to go out and learn a new skill. And I’m constantly learning from you and others who keep sharing with me the transformation they have had in their health, which transforms every area of their life, including their business. 

That’s the beautiful thing about life and business: we should never be done growing; we can always learn something from others.

It’s not about making changes because we’re frustrated with ourselves or because we feel guilty. It’s about starting from a place of love.

Because we love our bodies.
Because we want to show up for our kids.
Because we know we can’t pour from an empty cup.

Building a business, pursuing big dreams, or thriving in motherhood—it’s only worth it if it doesn’t come at the cost of our relationships or our health.

  • When you’re tired, stressed, or sick, how much harder is it to show up for yourself, your family, or your goals?

We all know the answers deep down. When we’re not feeling good physically, everything feels harder.

Your mindset matters, yes—but even the best mindset work falls flat when your body isn’t healthy.

When you’re rested, nourished, and taking care of yourself, you think more clearly, make better decisions, and show up as the best version of YOU.

So let’s stop running ourselves into the ground, mama. Start small. Drink your water. Get a little more sleep. Find small ways to move your body that feel good.

Your health isn’t just about you—it’s about how you show up for your family, your dreams, and your legacy.
