Before I dive into my current focus, let me first introduce myself. You might know me from @therainmakerfamily, where we’re dedicated to creating time leverage and financial legacy for entrepreneurs. This venture is my full-time passion, but my heart still beats for another creative outlet — photography.

Though I’ve transitioned from a full-time photographer to an entrepreneurial guide, the allure of photography continues to captivate me. From shooting weddings that have been featured in magazines, to capturing the joy and connection in family photos, I’ve experienced the vast spectrum of this art.

So, what is my philosophy when it comes to photography? Simply put, I’m passionate about legacy. When I look through my viewfinder, I don’t just see a family; I see their story, their journey, their legacy. And it’s that story I strive to capture and preserve.

When my son, Kaizen, was born, my perspective shifted significantly. I realized just how important it is to document life’s most incredible adventures, no matter what stage of life we’re in. This realization inspired me to make a more intentional decision about the direction of my photography business.

In line with this philosophy, I decided to offer private motherhood photography sessions. These intimate sessions, held in my tranquil backyard garden studio, are designed to document the precious journey of motherhood, with all its ups and downs. It’s about more than just taking a photograph; it’s about capturing the love and connection between a mother and her children, creating a priceless legacy.

Despite our own insecurities and hesitations, it’s important to step in front of the camera and capture these fleeting moments. They’re reminders to our children that they’re part of something bigger — a family, a legacy. And if we don’t tell their story, who will?

While I’ve officially “retired” from shooting weddings due to my commitments with The Rainmaker Family, my love for creativity behind the lens hasn’t diminished. On the contrary, it has simply evolved to become more intentional, focused, and personal.
